A well-established senior care organization in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily nursing department operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Oversee clinical quality initiatives and resident care standards
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Current CPR/BLS certification with in-person skills evaluation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
