Assistant Director of Nursing

A behavioral health inpatient facility in Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to join its nursing leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing/CNO in overseeing daily nursing operations
• Supervise nursing staff and assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
• Monitor staffing levels and patient care needs
• Assist with development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or progressive management experience
• Experience working in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or addiction recovery setting
