Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of various departments, including sales, marketing, production, and customer service.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the business, ensuring continuity and resilience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or similar.
  • Proven experience in managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM software is a plus.
