Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals.

  • Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
