This role involves managing daily operations, implementing business strategies, and working closely with other senior leaders to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have extensive operational management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and help steer the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support the organization’s overall goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company, including production, marketing, sales, and administrative functions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Lead and mentor department heads and senior management team members.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and public speaking engagements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organization’s operations and reputation.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operational management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive change and manage complex projects.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
