Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint Experience: Write procedures & work instructions, create tracking templates for projects, schedule & participate in meetings / appointments, create presentations for department meetings using the Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint, provide input at meetings to improve processes (technical & non-technical), identify potential project risks. Collaborate with team members to ensure schedule deadlines are met or exceeded and review gaps / deficiencies lists with team members before presenting to Project team. Assist in planning, executing, monitoring & closing of Special Projects' projects including service delivery, document & records control, project scheduling, reporting and evaluating risks. Assist with & perform verification audits.
